All Hikinoro products are undergoing vigorous testing during production and before they leave the factory for the customer. Every pallet is tested and samples are submitted to practical and informative tests to ensure durability and meeting the agreed standards. In addition Hikinoro keeps counter samples in stock from each sold pallet for several months. Our experienced laboratory staff is making sure that Fintex products meet the strict requirements our customers expect.
Density
All qualities have as regular characteristic high density (about 0,56-0,58 g/cm3). This results in loosing less thickness during moulding process in comparison to low density products. In effect Fintex products are containing more fibres and binders, and less air than other products on the market. On request density can be adjusted also to lower level.
Lamination strength
Extra lamination strength can be added on all products on request. It improves the regular lamination strength value about +50%.
Water penetration / air permeability
These values can be modified with very wide range of options. Product can be made very water resistant, and insole binder absorption level can be adjusted to help control the glue usage in shoe production.
Rigidity/softness
Standard quality rigidity and softness can be adjusted to better suit customer preference when required. For high humidity tropical countries extra rigidity can be added for further support and to keep the “Good Rigid” feel in the material.
Anti-fungal treatment
All products have regular anti-fungal and anti bacterial properties, but on request for high demand applications, such as military boots, this parameter can be increased as required.
